IM BACK!!!!

T_T I realize I have recently neglected the club but guess what?!?! IM BACK! and this time I have a plan!

running a club mostly on my own is realy hard work and can be confusing and stressful. so what I'm going to do is...

Recruit staff!

BECOME A STAFF!

To become a member of the staff all you have to do is choose one of the options below that you would like to help out in. after that just send me a note stating which area you would like to become a staff of and why ^_^ that was easy right?

By becoming a staff member you can help to support Gaara fandom on DA as well as to keep this club up and running!

Staff members will have the chance to be selected from a random draw done by me (~GaarasBabe) and supervised by ~KibasKitty that will be done at least once a month.

the winner of the draw will become the *Staff of the Month* and will have a portion of the front page journal dedicated to the winner which will include a link to their main DA page, Their gallarie, a link to a picture or writing of their choice (done by them), and any additional info they would like to state such as a link to a page off of DA or a personal shout out!

as well ALL staff members will have a spot on the -Gaara's Staff- list under their staff Name and position!

~the -Gaara's Staff- list will be added after we get our first staff member!

-Art Contest Manager
(add contest related art, tally votes, add links to the CONTESTS page, proclaim art contest winners)

This position requires: basic knowlege regarding creating links, adding art, and using DA journals. Also a strong sense of tust is givin to this position as it requires access to the club's password.

-Writing Contest Manager
(add contest related writings, pre-read writings to check for explicit or inapropriate content, add links to the CONTEST page, proclaim writing contest winners)

This position requires: basic knowlege regarding creating links, adding writings, and using DA journals. Also a strong sense of tust is givin to this position as it requires access to the club's password.

# of this position available: 1

-Fav & Comment Manager
(remind members and other deviants to remove favs from the club as well as to fav the original, disable comments on all art and writings, recruit new members and staff)

This position requires: basic knowledge regarding creating links, how to disable comments, finding people who have faved, people skills, and a thourough understanding as to why no favs or comments are allowed.

# of positions available: as many as posible!!!

-General Art and Writing Manager
(adds art and writings NOT submited to contests)

This position requires: basic knowledge regarding creating links, adding art, adding writings, a strong trust is givin to this person as it requires the use of the club's password.

SENDING IN ART

If you have art pls send it to me! here are the instructions:

-upload the pic to deviantart

-go to the picture and copy the address up on the top of the screen (you can right click and go to copy)

-send me a note titled Art or something of the likes and paste the code into it!

Note: by sending art by note you are giving the club consent to display the art in the club (we will give you credit) also all art must relate to Gaara!!!

Do the same to send a contest entry exept title it entry or something like that.
